Entertainment Writers, Fiction Writers and Bloggers Earn 99% Revenue Share

Posted by Write2Write

Browsing through some writer revenue sharing results that I was so easily provided by Google I stumbled upon a site that claims to be looking for entertainment writers, blogger's and fiction writers. The post for authors wanted stated that accepted writers will earn 99% of their own ad revenue- that is great compared to the overwhelming 50/50 or 75/25 sites that come a dime a dozen.

The site was new to me but appears to have been around for awhile and I was not able to find too much information on them which in the online world can be a good or bad thing. The good part is that it means no one feels like the site is a scam or love it so much that they don't want to share the wealth and then the bad news is that no one really cares. Well the only way to find out if their writers ad revenue share works for any individual writer would obviously be apply and see how it works for you.

If you are interested in checking out this online ad revenue share site then then visit FirefoxNews . The link should open in a new window and to get to the writers wanted page that provides information on their revenue share program as well as what they are looking for in their writers just click below the bold FIREFOX NEWS where it says "Join Firefox News Writers Wanted" or it you look at the top of the page you will see a tab labeled "Become an Author".

If you sign up and love it or hate it I'd love to hear about it and be able to provide an update for any future freelance revenue sharing writer looking for a good source of passive income.

RedGage - Paid Social Bookmarking Site Update!

Posted by Write2Write

YAY! I WON!

RedGage the paid social bookmarking site that allows you to earn off of views on content that you submit also offers up contests on what appears to be a daily basis for a chance to win a $50 Visa card. Just about everything you do on the site from reading the content that someone else has contributed to the site to bookmarking your own content, you earn points which are then used as entries into the daily contest. There are 2 random winners picked per contest, both of whom get a visa card as a prize preloaded with $50.

As a winner within my first few days as a member, of this social bookmarking site, I am a bit stoked and eager to see if my card arrives. I have a feeling that it will and that makes the extreme coolness of this site even more intriguing. While navigation can be a bit difficult at times and things can get a bit confusing, if you are use to other sites, I believe that they will fix this in the future as the need to moves from a nuisance to a detriment. They have already though had to close down a time or two (temporarily) to fix their system to permit a larger traffic base since us ehowers all seemed to flock to the newer site all at once and really cause one heck of a traffic boost. -- Well that is what happens when you promote a new potential money making opportunity (especially a social bookmarking site) to revenue junkies like those of us who frequent ehow.

I like the fact though, that when it is down they give you a message on the front page letting you know the real reason and not some generic under construction message that many social bookmarking sites have been known to leave up when being worked on. I am also happy to say that it seems that the owners of RedGage are truly trying to make this a bookmarking site where everyone who contributes has a chance to get a little more than a back link out of it. If they can manage to profit enough to keep the site up this will may heed a change to social bookmarking sites as we know them as competition will have to take notice and look into incorporating some sort of dual benefit for its contributors to keep their pristine popularity.

RedGage: Paid Social Bookmarking?

Posted by Write2Write in ,

I was recently introduced to a new site called RedGage. It is a social bookmarking site that claims to pay you simply for the views your added content brings in. If you are familiar with social bookmarking sites then you know that you don't have to submit a fresh article just for this site it is simply a site to post a link to your articles and blogs. This site also allows you to upload photo's and videos as well as links and documents and you make money while trying to build back links and exposure to your own work.

The networking and added exposure alone, for your work seems to be bonus enough through some of the already established online social networks and book marking site. I can't lie though I find that the thought of getting paid to do something that benefits me in more than one way is very intriguing.

Are they a legit social bookmarking site? Well I have not figured that out quite yet. I have signed up and submitted some of my online article links and will wait and see how things go. Many others from the eHow site have decided to try it out and see what it leads to so cross your fingers as we may have found a gem here.

You don't get paid for sign ups or referrals but you are asked for your referrers name. If you sign up with RedGage feel free to put me down as the referrer MomWhoWrites is my online nick. Browse around and if you have anything to contribute to the site go ahead and give it a try. It does not ask for too much personal information, a very basic sign up process actually.

If you have any feedback or are already a part of the site I'd love to hear what you have to say about it and what your thoughts are on a social bookmarking site such as this that is willing to pay you.
